We offer dried plums ( prunes ) extra quality, with or without pit.
Our production is certifed with ISO standard EN ISO 22000:2018 and we can offer prunes with manual pitting or machine pitting, depending on your needs.
Specification of our products:
Bulk packaging:
bags of 25 kg, 50 kg or 1000 kg – for natural condition prunes
5 kg or 10 kg – for pitted and processed unpitted prunes
Small packaging:
We can pack prunes into small packagings with ours or your own brand.
Moisture (standard):
18- 21% – for prunes in natural condition
21-24% – for pitted prunes and without preservative
32-35% – for prunes without pit or for processed unpitted ones
Note: We can process prunes with any non-standard level of moisture on demand.
Preservation (optional):
potassium sorbate (max 1000 mg/kg) or sorbic acid
Other additions ( optional): glycerin, sunflower oil
